Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agentic AI Support Engineer based in Bogotá, D.C., with flexibility for occasional remote work.
The Support Engineer will handle day-to-day technical and customer support tasks, including troubleshooting issues, providing client assistance, and ensuring smooth operation of systems.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve technical solutions.
Qualifications
Building AI agents to support and solve complex support issues
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively
Experience in Technical Support and in-depth knowledge of Operating Systems
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on addressing client concerns
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, empathetic, and user-friendly manner
Familiarity with AI systems, applications, or concepts is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
