Role Summary
As a Retail Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sustainable business plans and 7P strategies by synthesizing deep knowledge of buyer dynamics and market trends.
Responsibilities
Define growth strategies and 7P frameworks for the Channel/RE to ensure the achievement of sales targets and channel profitability
Develop and manage business investment plans that align with strategic priorities and drive sustainable commercial growth
Monitor the end-to-end implementation of commercial plans, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with business priorities
Analyze Nielsen data, trends, and buyer dynamics to identify market opportunities and optimize decision-making
Partner with key stakeholders across Finance, Logistics, and Marketing to ensure all plans are integrated and executable
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
Previous experience leading teams
Intermediate proficiency in English
Proficiency in Excel and Google Tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Nielsen and Kantar
Proficiency in using AI tools
