Job Description
We are looking for a senior Retoucher (CG) capable of leading multidisciplinary image and motion projects, delivering creative and technically flawless solutions for digital and print media.
You will collaborate with animation, production, adaptation, and design teams to retouch, composite, and prepare high-quality assets that meet brand standards and production requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute digital retouching and image compositing for digital campaigns, social media, landing pages, email marketing, print materials, and motion assets.
Create and maintain a consistent visual style across deliverables; adapt, resize, and optimize assets for multiple formats and platforms.
Perform image cleanup, advanced color correction, masking, frequency separation, dodge & burn, and other high-level retouching techniques.
Integrate and produce basic/advanced motion elements (After Effects, animations, compositing) that align with social and video platform solutions.
Prepare final files meeting technical specifications for print and digital (color profiles, bleeds, crop marks, formats, resolutions).
Prepare and deliver assets ready for production and programmatic advertising (support for DoubleClick Studio / Google Web Designer when applicable).
Participate in the workflow from brief intake to final delivery: implement feedback, perform QA, and ensure traceability of changes.
Collaborate closely with photographers, producers, designers, and adaptation teams to ensure technical and creative feasibility of pieces.
Mentor and guide junior/senior retouchers, distribute and prioritize tasks, and promote best practices and quality standards.
Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques; propose process and tool improvements (including trials of AI/ML-based solutions for pre-checks and workflow automation).
Document processes, presets, and runbooks to ensure delivery consistency and facilitate onboarding of new team members.
Qualifications




Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in digital retouching and compositing (preferably in agency or production environments).
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; demonstrable experience in After Effects and Adobe Animate CC for motion/compositing tasks.
Strong knowledge of professional retouching techniques: color correction, masking, frequency separation, dodge & burn, compositing, and advanced layer/mask handling.
Experience producing for print and digital: color profile management (RGB/CMYK), format handling, print specs, and final delivery.
Experience with web and digital advertising tools and processes: Google Web Designer, DoubleClick Studio (or equivalent) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Experience with design and prototyping tools: Figma or other collaborative suites.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments; excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills to incorporate client/internal feedback and coordinate with photographers and production teams.
Professional portfolio demonstrating advanced retouching, compositing, and motion pieces (required).
Attention to detail, creative initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Intermediate English level (desirable, depending on operation).
Nice to have
Google Web Designer certification.
Knowledge of editorial automation or AI/ML tools applied to image production workflows.
Experience in programmatic advertising and rich media formats.
Familiarity with video production/post-production pipelines (basic color grading, codecs, video delivery).
