Sii Group Colombia is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and support hiring processes for technology positions across national and international projects.
We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced recruitment environments, with the ability to manage multiple processes while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT profiles across different seniority levels
Source and engage technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, job boards, and networking
Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit
Coordinate interviews with technical leaders and provide continuous follow-up throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate candidate information and pipeline tracking within recruitment tools and ATS platforms




Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition
Experience recruiting profiles such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and similar roles
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Advanced English level required (B2/C1) written and spoken
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bogotá
