General Requirements
Professional English (C1 or higher)
5+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design
Strong portfolio focused specifically on apps, widgets, and interactive product interfaces
Portfolio must include at least 5 shipped app or widget experiences
Proven experience designing modern, non-traditional, and highly interactive app experiences
Strong product thinking with the ability to solve complex user experience and workflow challenges
Experience owning products end-to-end: from research and discovery to execution and iteration
Ability to think beyond interfaces into product logic, workflows, systems, and operational scalability
Strong experience creating scalable product structures, reusable systems, and efficient cross-functional workflows
Experience in product research, feature strategy, and workflow optimization
Excellent collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design systems

Design modern, dynamic app and widget experiences
Translate complex ideas into intuitive, scalable, and high-impact interfaces
Own end-to-end user flows and product experiences across the ecosystem
Define feature rationale, functionality, and how each experience supports the broader product vision
Create scalable workflows, reusable systems, and interaction patterns that support product growth and team efficiency
Simplify complex processes through thoughtful UX strategy and systems thinking
Build and evolve reusable UI systems and modular design components
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution
Contribute across the full product lifecycle: research, strategy, design, launch, and iteration
Push the product experience toward innovative and next-generation interaction models
