We are hiring: Head of Collections – Medellín
Aventus Group, an international fintech company operating in 18 countries, is expanding in Latin America and we are looking for a Head of Collections (Collections Lead) to build and lead our collections function in Colombia.
Schedule: Night shift (from 3:00 AM)
We are growing fast and need a strong professional with hands-on experience in consumer lending / PDL collections, capable of building processes, leading teams, and delivering measurable results.
What we are looking for:
Solid experience in Collections / Debt Recovery (PDL or Consumer Finance)
Proven leadership experience managing collections teams
Strong understanding of DPD, roll rates, and recovery metrics
Experience across soft, hard, and legal collections
Analytical mindset with strong KPI focus
Advanced English (spoken and written) – mandatory




Advanced Excel skills
Build and lead the Collections team in Colombia
Define and execute the collections strategy
Design KPIs and performance tracking systems
Monitor overdue portfolio and optimize recovery performance
Collaborate with IT on automation and tools
Manage external vendors and ensure compliance
