What you will do
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work closely with Brand Teams to design and align brand strategy.
Drive motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration.
Develop and implement the Country Brand Plan in full congruence with Integral and Regional Brand Plans.
Design and execute promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages and align with local needs.
Develop LRS with Business Planner.
Propose national sales target and achieve agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers.
Translate / implement international brand campaign locally.
Analyze market research and develop POA.
Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans.
Identify business opportunities and develop business cases.
Authority
DOE sign-off in Brand Team at signature level.
Brand DOE budget.
Country brand plans.
Promotional campaign.
Marketing events.
Product Forecast and LE.
Brand performance.
Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews.

Basic Qualifications
Master's degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions at a big pharmaceutical company.
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions at a big pharmaceutical company.
Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of experience in Pharma.
Detailed experience in high specialty desirable oncology or hematology.
Detailed success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position.
The launch of a brand end-to-end.
Applies project management and sophisticated analytical skills.
Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude.
Examines and understands issues from multiple perspectives, readily sees interrelationships and cause and effect relationships; takes a detailed approach to optimally resolving all issues.
Takes initiative and acts pro-actively, enthusiastically, and creatively.
Serves as a role model for Amgen values.
