A Miami-based company, leader in the plastics and recycled raw materials industry, is looking for a Leads Generation Analyst to join its team in Medellín, Colombia.

As a Leads Generation Analyst, you will support the marketing process and commercial team by prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to identify potential business opportunities. You will also be responsible for analyzing commercial information, preparing sales tracking reports, and helping strengthen the sales pipeline through research and lead generation strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Engineering, or related field




- 2+ years of experience in lead generation or supporting commercial teams through reporting and business development activities, with hands-on experience using prospecting and research tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Apolo or Datamine.
- Bilingual English (C1 required) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of plastic raw materials or recycled materials is a strong plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Highly creative, critical thinker with strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Strong persuasion, influence, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
