Practice Manager / Operator
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time / Fractional (depending on business needs)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Practice Manager / Operator to serve as the operational backbone of the business.
This role is critical to ensuring the revenue engine runs smoothly, internal operations stay aligned, and the founder can remain focused on high-impact, strategic work.
This is a hands-on operator role for someone who thrives on follow-through, visibility, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Engine Support
Ensure timely responses to all inbound leads and opportunities.
Follow up on sales conversations, proposals, and next steps.
Manage pipeline activity and support meeting scheduling.
Assist with contract and proposal creation and delivery.
Hold the founder accountable to revenue-driving activities and commitments.
2. Marketing & Brand Execution
Repurpose LinkedIn content into blog posts and blogs into LinkedIn content.
Ensure consistent posting across LinkedIn and the website.
Upload, format, and publish blog posts (including images and basic SEO).
Coordinate with web developers to ensure site updates are completed on time.
Maintain consistency in brand presence, voice, and messaging.
3. Operational Execution & Accountability
Track open tasks, priorities, and deliverables across the business.
Proactively push for updates, notes, and follow-through (internally and externally).
Organize and maintain systems that create visibility and execution clarity.
Ensure no critical tasks or details are missed.
Act as a forcing function for progress.
4. Client Delivery Support (Light)
Coordinate client scheduling (QBRs, check-ins, and recurring meetings).
Support client communication and logistics as needed.




Ensure a smooth, professional behind-the-scenes client experience.
Required Skills & Attributes
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing up and holding a founder accountable.
Naturally proactive, self-directed, and execution-focused.
Strong written communication skills with a professional tone.
Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
Comfortable working with CRMs, LinkedIn, and web platforms.
Required Experience
1-3 years supporting consultants, agencies, or fractional executives.
Experience coordinating contractors or small teams.
Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and content repurposing.
Basic understanding of marketing workflows and funnels.
Hands-on experience with CRMs and modern digital tools.
What Success Looks Like After 90 Days
Inbox, pipeline, and follow-ups are consistently managed without prompting.
Content is repurposed and published weekly across channels.
Website and LinkedIn presence are active, aligned, and up to date.
Contracts and proposals are sent quickly and consistently.
The founder is focused on high-value, strategic work.
No critical tasks, deadlines, or details are missed.
