The Role
This is an inclusive role.
We're looking to hire a Mid-Level IT Recruiter to join our team.
You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in IT recruiting or a related field.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Advanced English proficiency is required for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams.




Proficiency in ATS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, HubSpot) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights).
Deep understanding of IT terminology (SDLC, Cloud, DevOps) and a strong background in non-IT corporate functions (Finance, Operations, Legal).
Experience creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery of applications.
Recruitment Track Record: Proven track record of closing C-Level positions (CEO, CTO, VPs, etc.).
Forensic attention to detail.
A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
