About the Role
The Content Coordinator role is idóneo for someone looking to jump-start their career in the world of social media, with a strong focus on social copywriting.
This position involves crafting engaging social media content, ensuring brand consistency across platforms, and supporting hotel and destination clients through strategic digital content.
Responsibilities
Interpret clients' brand standards to establish a cohesive brand identity on social channels.
Create and deliver high-quality content for a varied roster of social media clients.
Collaborate with the social design team to develop social content.
Write original, on-brand copy for organic and paid social content.
Maintain current social media knowledge and stay abreast of new trends.
Curate social media photography for destination and hotel brands as needed.
Set up social media accounts for clients as needed.
Pull performance reports and report on key metrics (KPIs).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field.




1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing is preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish.
Creative copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different brands.
Understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, Meta Platforms Facebook, and other emerging channels.
Basic understanding of social media metrics, analytics, and KPI reporting.
Eye for photography, design, and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish) is required.
