Overview

Driving operational efficiency by developing Python scripts, Power BI dashboards, and workflow automation solutions.

This position is responsible for optimizing processes assigned to the GCoE LatAm, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

How you'll make an impact Development and Automation: Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.

Create and implement workflow automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.

Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation and data analytics.

Implement solutions that align with the GCoE LatAm’s goals and objectives.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all developments meet established quality standards and comply with service agreements.





Conduct testing and validation of scripts, dashboards, and automated workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Provide technical support and training to end-users on implemented tools and solutions.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developments, including scripts, dashboards, and workflows.

Ensure knowledge transfer and continuity by keeping records up to date About you Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields.

English B2.

1–2 years of experience in Data & Analytics environments.

Experience using Python for data analysis and task optimization.

Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development.

Strong skills in data management and data handling.

Experience creating interactive dashboards using DAX.
