usando la IA como un multiplicador de productividad y calidad, no como un atajo.?? ¿Qué harás en este rol?Diseñar, desarrollar, probar y desplegar features full stack listas para producción, con un enfoque AI-First.Usar IA a lo largo de todo el ciclo de desarrollo: análisis de requerimientos, diseño de soluciones, coding, testing, documentación y release.Desarrollar servicios backend en .NET / .NET Core y aplicaciones frontend en Angular (v8+) y React .Construir y operar soluciones cloud-native en Microsoft Azure .Tomar ownership end-to-end de los features: desde el diseño hasta las mejoras post-producción.Mejorar continuamente los flujos de ingeniería, automatización y velocidad de entrega mediante el uso responsable de IA.Trabajar muy de cerca con Product Managers y Tech Leads para acelerar el time-to-market.Mantener altos estándares de calidad, seguridad, escalabilidad y sostenibilidad, incluso trabajando a alta velocidad.Contribuir a construir y escalar nuestra cultura de ingeniería AI-First .Mentorear a otros ingenieros en prácticas efectivas y responsables de desarrollo apoyado en IA.? Requisitos mandatorios Experiencia sólida como Full Stack Engineer.Experiencia avanzada en .NET / .NET Core.Experiencia sólida en Angular (versión 10 o superior).Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure.Experiencia con SQL Server.Experiencia usando herramientas de IA (por ejemplo GitHub Copilot, LLMs, APIs de IA)
