As we look to enhance our market presence and accelerate our growth, we are seeking an English fluent, remote Sales and Marketing lead.

Previously, sales efforts have been spearheaded by our owner, but now we are ready to expand our team with a dedicated professional.

Here are our requirements:

- Fluent in English.
- Quick to learn new software and marketing concepts.
- Proven experience in PPC, particularly in Linked

In, Google Ads, and other B2B methods
- Strong internet connection for video and phone calls.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to nurture customer relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledgeable in Canva and graphic design to generate ad copy and content
- Knowledgeable in use of AI like ChatGPT to check verbiage, grammar, and spelling to assist with natural marketing voice.

**In this role, you will be working directly under our owner, focusing on expanding our customer base through strategic PPC and social media marketing efforts.

You will leverage your expertise to fill our lead pipeline,



targeting specific segments of the market with specific products and generating leads for our team to follow up on.

You will have a monthly ad spend budget of $500 to begin.

As we see success, we will ramp up the budget and your salary will grow with the addition of new closed leads!**

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

**Salary**:
Base - COP 2000000/ month
Commission: COP 20,000/ closed lead (when we get into the swing of things, we can expect 10-50 closed leads depending on the success of campaigns.)

Additional Bonus Pay: 500,000-1,000,000 if you understand Word

Press and SEO well enough to self manage our webpages.

This additional pay begins after a 30 day evaluation period and requires the ability to fully understand and help maintain our SEO, wordpress pages, and manage marketing.

Pay: $2,000,000 - $4,000,000 per month
