About the Role:
Hello everyone

We are seeking a Junior Coordinator with strong English skills, enthusiasm for delivering excellent service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role is essential to supporting our coordination team, ensuring smooth operations for patients, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and resolve them professionally.
- Manage caregiver schedules, case assignments, and visit confirmations.
- Support caregiver education and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records using HHA Exchange, Salesforce, and Microsoft tools.
- Escalate urgent matters to senior coordinators or management.
- Ensure proper communication of changes or messages to the correct departments.
- Provide coverage for cases as requested during staff absences.
- Safeguard confidentiality of all patient and employee records, following HIPAA standards.
- Contribute to compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:




- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently, while collaborating with the team.
- Prior experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative roles.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent English (C1) and Spanish.
- Passion for service, proactive attitude, and ability to adapt quickly to challenges.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy when dealing with patients, families, and caregivers.
- Commitment to supporting both direct supervisors and senior coordinators.
