**Virtual Executive Assistant with Marketing & Data Skills (Remote - EST Hours)**

**Compensation**:
USD $1,200-$1,700/month
Approx. COP $4,700,000-$6,700,000 per month (based on current exchange rates)

**About the Role**
Roughly 20% of your role will involve classic executive assistant support—managing calendars, inboxes, scheduling, and travel.

The remaining 80% will focus on marketing support, lead generation, data management, and assisting our market research project teams with recruiting efforts and outreach.

You'll become a key contributor in a company that embraces experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Manage CEO's calendar, inbox, travel logistics, and special tasks
- Create professional-quality graphics, brochures, and flyers in Canva
- Support the duplication and customization of Mailchimp newsletters
- Run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram with precise audience targeting
- Schedule and coordinate content across platforms like Linked

In and Instagram
- Build lead lists using Zoom

Info and support outbound campaigns
- Help monitor and support recruiting on market research projects
- Assist with data organization and reports in Excel
- Stay ahead of the curve by completing online courses related to AI, funnels,



and digital marketing (we’ll cover the cost)

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You**:

- Speak and write fluent C2-level English
- Are hyper-organized and excel in managing competing priorities
- Have experience with Canva, Mailchimp, and running Meta ads
- Are quick to pick up new tools and systems
- Have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet
- Love working remotely but thrive in team-oriented, fast-paced environments
- Have a growth mindset and a natural curiosity to learn

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

- Zoom

- Market research firms or recruiting projects
