**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Use tools like Linked
In Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Hunter.io to identify and gather contact information for decision-makers within our target audience (e.g.,
digital marketers, PPC managers, and marketing agencies).
- Build and maintain accurate, up-to-date lead databases segmented by industry, company size, and other relevant criteria.
- Execute outbound campaigns using tools like salesblink.io, uptics.io, Reply.io, Mailshake, or Lemlist while ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA and anti-spam regulations.
- Follow up with prospects consistently and thoughtfully to build trust and move them through the sales funnel.
- Qualify leads through initial outreach to assess fit and interest, passing warm opportunities to the sales team.
- Track key outreach metrics (e.g., open rates, response rates, meeting bookings) and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Provide weekly updates and insights to optimize outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align lead-generation efforts with broader business objectives.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on trends, objections, and pain points observed in prospect conversations.
**Qualifications**
- Hands-on experience with lead-generation tools (e.g., Linked
In Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo) and outreach platforms (e.g., salesblink.io, uptics.io, Lemlist, Reply.io, Mailshake).
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to craft personalized, value-driven messages.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub
Spot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of the digital advertising or PPC landscape (preferred).
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
