America Steel Trade Corporation is an international trading company headquartered in North Miami, Florida. AST specializes in sourcing, exporting/importing, and distributing commodities to the North, Central, and South American Markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the processing of invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment.

Handle customer and vendor inquiries.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain organized files and documentation, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Monitor and report on company expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and financial policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence,



and handling mail.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the accounting manager.

**Qualifications**:

- English level B2/C1.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (must)
- Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., Quick

Books, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: From $270,000,000 per month
