**About The Role**
RPMGlobal is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Project Manager to oversee RPM enterprise software implementation projects.

The Project Manager will be responsible for the operational oversight of the full project life cycle including oversight of project team members, technical specifications, and resources to ensure that RPM projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

The Project Manager role will be based out of the RPM Barranquilla operations.

International and domestic travel will be a requirement of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the project life cycle including scope, time, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder, integration, and closure.
- Provide proactive project leadership to the combined project team.
- Develop Project Plans, Resourcing plans, Project Cash Flow Summaries and Project Reporting.
- Design and implement robust project governance structure with RPM clients.
- Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively.
- Track project progress, risks and issues and oversee accurate project reporting.
- Manage development of project requirements, scope, change management, issues and project risks to include mitigations and recovery plans.
- Represent RPM’s interests at Steering Committee level.
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships,



ensuring the management and escalation of any project items in accordance with project expectations.

Participate in client services or technical configuration reviews.

**About You**
- You must have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
Strong customer relationship management skills in complex business environments.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills.
- PMP Certification or relevant Project Management Qualification will be an added advantage.

Must be legally entitled to work in Colombia and based in Barranquilla.
