We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to own and elevate the day-to-day experience of our people across the full employee lifecycle.

This is a critical role for a company that moves fast, operates across multiple geographies,



and genuinely believes that a strong team is the foundation of everything we build.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our people processes run smoothly and reliably — from onboarding to offboarding, from policy execution to HR data integrity.

You understand that every interaction with an employee is a touchpoint that shapes how people feel about working at Empresa confidencial, and you approach that responsibility with care and precision.
