**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement in Security, Life and EMS standards.
Report the results of Safety, Life standards and SGA to management. and opportunities for improvement.
Serve as internal advisor and trainer for Security, Life standards and SGA.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements in occupational and environmental health and safety.
Supervise compliance with environmental operational control procedures for Safety, Life standards and EMS.
Participate as an auditor in Security, Life standards and SGA.
Generation, review and adaptation of Security procedures, Life standards and SGA.
Participate as internal advisor and trainer of the SGA.
Ensure that contractor personnel know and comply with defined safety rules and contracting requirements.
Ensure detailed root cause analysis of INCIDENTS AND ACCIDENTS in order to avoid recurrence.
Coordinate drills that retain our emergency response capacity (BCP,



civil protection, etc.) on the frequencies defined by Kerry and/or regulations.
Lead the design, implementation and updating of plant security plans.
Participate in the Food Defense Committee.

Participate in the Implementation of the Emergency Response Program.
Ensure the safety of our products by preventing intentional adulteration.
Verification of CCPs, PPRs, chemical control, and food safety
Monitoring security incidents, providing direct attention when required and participating in the investigation through a multidisciplinary team.
Establishment of corrective actions, compliance with them and verification of the effectiveness of the controls and defenses implemented."
"Documentation system:

Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines for QSHE, aligned with customer requirements, FSSC 22000, ISO14001, among others. "
Ensure achievement of established performance objectives:

- Budget planning
- Budget execution
- Associated costs
- Manage and administer security services, such as Protection and surveillance, CCTV, hazardous waste management, etc.
- Manage the analyses,

**Qualifications and skills**:
Chemistry, industrial or related degree
From 5 to 8 years as Coordinator of the Industrial Safety department
Preferred experience in the food, chemical or related industry
Using Microsoft Office

Conversational English
