Compensation: COP 800,000 - COP 7,000,000 - monthlyJob DescriptionThe Technical Systems Engineer III provides advanced technical support for complex and non-recurring IT issues, as well as business-driven projects.This role is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, ensuring system availability, and supporting operational continuity.Key Responsibilities:Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents and business-driven IT projects.Design and implement technical solutions related to access control, security systems, telephony, and other IT services.Deliver onsite support to resolve employee technical issues when required.Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement and manage IT solutions.Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including inventory, monitoring, and failure detection.Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents,



ensuring timely and effective solutions.Support system availability and contribute to business continuity.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT operations.Provide technical guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams.QualificationsCollege diploma in Information Technology or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).Proven experience in IT support, handling complex and escalated technical issues.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience designing and implementing technical solutions (e.G., access control, security systems, telephony).Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Experience managing IT asset lifecycle (inventory, monitoring, and failure management).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency required.French and/or Spanish preferred.Additional InformationSalary: To be agreedSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.M. – 5:00 p.M.#J-*****-Ljbffr
