We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Colombia who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves connecting with people, and knows how to move high-volume pipelines without losing quality.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles across different business units
Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, ensuring speed + quality + great candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and define the right profiles
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines (active + passive candidates)
Use data and insights to improve time-to-hire and funnel conversion
Bring new ideas to continuously improve how we attract and select talent
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to mass hiring
Experience in consulting, tech or fast-growing environments is a big plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working with high autonomy
Ability to balance speed with good judgment
