**Senior Recruiter - Home Care (Remote)**

**Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM MST
**Location**: Remote in Colombia, Guatemala, Kenya(Solvo site cities only)

We are seeking a **Senior Recruiter** with experience hiring in the **US market**.

This role manages the **full-cycle recruitment process**, ensures compliance with US home care requirements, and maintains a strong talent pipeline.

Strong organizational skills, high-volume hiring experience, and **English proficiency** are essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full-cycle recruitment for caregiver roles in the US
- Job posting, resume screening, interviews
- Background & certification checks
- Use of ATS/CRM, reporting, and process improvement




- Collaboration with Operations, Scheduling, and leadership

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- **2-3 years of US recruitment experience**, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with ATS, Office/Google Workspace
- Strong communication, organization, urgency, and attention to detail
- English B2-C1
