Proficiency in logistics planning, resource allocation, and ensuring operational readiness.

Thorough understanding of security protocols, risk assessment,



and crisis management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to make decisive decisions under pressure and maintain professionalism in high‑stakes situations.

Physical and mental stamina to perform the responsibilities required in a rigorous and dynamic environment.

Experience in private security, military, or law enforcement is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in Spanish is required; bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are preferred.

Proven ability to adhere to strict ethical and professional codes of conduct.
