while developing strategic customer account plans that align with company standards.Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings in accordance with company benchmarks.Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and enhancements, providing valuable feedback to product and sales management.Lead project management for significant account changes, including major new product implementations, business process adjustments, service level modifications, and trade term updates.Identify and cultivate new opportunities for large-scale payment processing implementations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery of key deliverables.QualificationsOver 5 years of proven experience in commercial roles.Experience in the payments industry is a must.Strong background in forecasting, pricing strategies, and account profitability reviews to drive sustainable business growth.Advanced English level, both written and verbal.#J-*****-Ljbffr
