We’re Hiring: Housing Outreach & Sales Coordinator (Remote)

We’re looking for a highly personable, sales-oriented team member to help source and secure housing opportunities for families in need of temporary relocation housing.

This role is heavily focused on outreach, relationship-building, and sales communication with landlords and property management companies.

About the Role
Our company receives confirmed relocation housing requests for families based on:
• Budget
• Location
• Home size/profile
• Move-in timing and other requirements

Your role will involve:
• Reviewing incoming housing requests
• Researching and sourcing properties through Zillow, Furnished Finder, Realtor.com, Apartments.com, and similar platforms
• Entering property data into our CRM system
• Calling landlords and property managers to discuss partnership opportunities
• Explaining the benefits of corporate housing partnerships




• Qualifying leads and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline
• Coordinating with leadership for final placement execution

What We’re Looking For
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Confidence with cold calling and outreach
• Strong research skills and good judgement
• Comfort using CRMs, online tools, and data entry systems
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
• No degree required
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or outreach experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with landlords and business professionals
• Quick learner with new systems and software
