Strategic Projects Coordinator – Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Strategic Projects Coordinator to support the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO).

This role is responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing strategic, cross-functional initiatives primarily focused on sales and marketing.

Engagement Type: Remote - Contractor

Location: Colombia

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Partner directly with the CEO and CSO to plan, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects, with a strong focus on sales and marketing initiatives
- Support pipeline development efforts, including lead generation campaigns and outbound strategies
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive alignment on go-to-market initiatives
- Track progress of key projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met




- Maintain and optimize workflows within Salesforce CRM and Apollo.io (Apollo AI) to support sales and marketing activities
- Analyze performance metrics across campaigns and pipeline initiatives, providing actionable insights
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency across cross-functional teams
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with hands-on exposure to campaigns, lead generation, or pipeline management
- English C1–C2 Advanced Proficiency required.
- Strong experience using Apollo.io (Apollo AI) and Salesforce CRM.
- Must have experience and skills in AI tools and technology
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or executive teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior follow-up and follow-through on projects or requests for information
- Must be an expert in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Power
