long-term brand stability.

Now, we’re spinning up a sister agency specifically focused on CRO
and Advertorials.

While our roots are in retention, this new venture is designed to bridge the gap between paid
traffic and conversion.

We help CPG brands scale through data-backed testing and high-intent
funnels, with a heavy focus on growing recurring subscription revenue.

The Role
As a lean, growing team, we prioritize autonomy.

We’re looking for a strategist who enjoys
taking full responsibility for an account, someone who can dive into the data, build a meaningful
roadmap, and lead the strategy from day one.

Since this is a new agency, you won't be following
a pre-set checklist; you’ll be helping us define the standard for how we deliver results.

The Job
You will lead 3–5 accounts with the full support of our creative team.

Leading an account means
you are the primary strategist deciding what we test, defining the requirements, and




communicating the progress back to the client.

● Data-Driven Strategy: You’ll spend significant time in GA4 identifying drop-off points
and analyzing how different segments behave.

You’ll use tools like Microsoft Clarity,
, or Hotjar to study user recordings and heatmaps until you have an
evidence-based perspective on how to improve the experience.
● Full-Funnel Context: Because we run advertorials alongside our CRO efforts, you’ll
have a clear view of the entire customer journey.

Knowing where the traffic comes from
allows you to create much more effective on-page strategies.
● Testing Lifecycle: You’ll manage A/B tests from start to finish.

You understand how to
structure a hypothesis, how to ensure your data is reliable, and how to interpret results
with total objectivity.
● Client Partnership: You’ll be the main point of contact for Marketing Directors and
Founders.
