PURPOSE

The Total Rewards Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Total Rewards Manager in executing the payroll process for assigned markets in Latin America, Central America and Caribbean and Europe.

This position will support in ensuring accuracy and timeliness in employee payments while adhering to established payroll practices and procedures.

FUNCTIONS
- Collecting and verifying payroll inputs for assigned markets.
- Execute the payroll process accurately and timely, in collaboration with the payroll provider.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
- Assist in resolving payroll inquiries and discrepancies from employees and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards Specialist and Total Rewards Manager on special projects and process improvements.
- Prepare payroll reports and assist in analyzing payroll-related data as needed.
- Manage purchase orders for the payroll provider and ensure timely payment.
- Provide backup support to the Total Rewards Specialist during absences or peak periods.




- Maintain and update changes related to total rewards within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure accuracy and data integrity in all compensation and payroll-related records.
- Act as a liaison between Total Rewards, Finance, and external professional service providers to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Support broader HR projects as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll or related roles
- Basic understanding of payroll pract
