What will you do in this position?
- Lead Global Consolidation: Oversee monthly, quarterly,



and annual group close processes across all entities, managing intercompany accounting and eliminations.
- Ensure Compliance & Controls: Own Group accounting policies under international standards (UK GAAP / FRS / IFRS) and design, implement, and test the internal control environment for external audit readiness.
- Strategic Financial Control: Partner on the Group budgeting process, drive periodic re-forecasting, and rigorously monitor and report on bank covenants.
- Technical Subject Matter Expert: Provide advanced technical accounting guidance, specifically structuring Hedge Accounting treatments for currency and financial exposures.

To successfully excel in this position, it is crucial that you meet the following criteria:

- International Professional Qualification: Must hold a recognized accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or country equivalent).
