The Position
We're looking to hire an Agentic Ruby on Rails Engineer to join our team.

You'll work with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients.





What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Advanced English is required.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful web services and integrating APIs.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL or traditional SQL databases.
- Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems to accelerate software development.
- Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, orchestrating, validating, and integrating model-produced code into larger systems.
- Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.
