Grant Associate, Data and Analytics.Rio de Janeiro.Posting Date: 05/18/2026.Deadline: 05/28/2026 Role Title: Grant Associate, Data and Analytics Contract Type: Regular Workstyle Arrangement: Hybrid Reporting To: Associate Director, Grants Data triage, resolve, and escalate issues as needed; monitor issue submittedto the Global Grants and portal technical support queues.Support data integrity in the safeguarding of account creation and maintenance and risk awareness as a front facing position and data management support which includes data quality checks and data cleaning for the grants system and shared data in Salesforce.The ideal candidate (essential criteria) Essential Qualification: University degree or equivalent Essential Experience: Relevant experience in data management, reporting, information management, business analysis, financial analysis, systems support, grants operations, or a related field.Experience supporting users, stakeholders, clients, applicants, grantees, or internal system users with queries, troubleshooting, guidance, or process support.Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to review, organise, and present data clearly.Experience working with systems, databases, CRM platforms, grants systems, workflow tools, or structured data environments.Desirable Experience in a grants management, nonprofit, philanthropy, international development, or professional services environment.Experience using Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, grants management systems, or similar CRM/database platforms.Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation/reporting tools.Experience supporting user acceptance testing, system enhancements, process improvements, or business requirements gathering.Experience creating or maintaining training materials, user guidance, FAQs, or process documentation.Proficiency in a language other than English.Functional Competencies: Analytical Processes:
