We are seeking a Key Customer Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain operations within the chemical distribution industry.This role will focus on inventory management, logistics coordination, customer support, data analysis, and continuous process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and high service levels for key customers.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze supply chain KPIs, lead times, fill rates, and inventory turnover to identify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.Prepare monthly reports related to revenue, inventory performance, product volume, and operational metrics.Support demand planning activities by reviewing forecast accuracy and helping optimize inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of chemical products and maintain supply continuity.Collaborate with suppliers and logistics providers to streamline shipping operations, monitor supplier performance,



and resolve transportation issues.Track shipments and proactively address supply chain disruptions while ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards.Participate in weekly customer calls to provide updates on escalations, supply chain performance, and operational challenges.Conduct gap analysis on recurring disruptions and support the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.Support ERP and CRM system usage for inventory tracking, logistics visibility, and operational reporting.Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization methodologies.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Chemistry, or related field.2 years of experience within supply chain, logistics or related roles.Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS systems and advanced Excel skills.Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Power BI, or SQL for data analysis.#J-*****-Ljbffr
