Corporate Account Executive (Mexican territory, Colombia based)
Sales – Remote (Colombia) – Position ID POS-P336
We are looking for a full‑cycle sales professional fluent in Spanish and English, responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new business across Mexico. The role includes running product demos, managing inbound and self‑sourced leads, and collaborating with marketing and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Position the value of Hub Spot’s software and the inbound methodology to prospective clients, focusing on companies with 200–2000 employees.
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, demonstrating how Hub Spot can grow their business.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self‑sourced leads, identifying, engaging and developing relationships with potential buyers.
- Qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Hub Spot can be a strategic investment.
- Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level.
- Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy, and support product launches.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to advance the company’s values, culture, and vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close) as an Account Executive (excluding BDR/SDR/Partner roles).
- Experience in the Mexican market is required.
- Experience in the SaaS industry is required.
- Top producer in current role.
- Experience delivering product demos.
- Experience handling a high volume of accounts and closing many deals per month or quarter.
- Experience with value‑based selling (e.g., The Challenger Sale).
- Strong commitment, confidence, and accountability for outcomes.
- Positive outlook and goal focus.
- Fluent in English.
Location & Remote
The position is based in Colombia, with the option to work remotely, from the office, or in a hybrid model.
