Apollo XCM is hiring a Bilingual Patient Relations Specialist to support US-based healthcare practices. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Bogotá with a stable Monday–Friday schedule and long‑term employment. You will work directly with patients of US medical practices, providing high‑quality service, appointment coordination, and accurate EMR documentation in a structured, performance‑driven healthcare environment. This role is adecuado for professionals with experience in Customer Service, BPO, Hospitality, Travel Agencies, or Front Desk operations who are ready to transition into healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 40–60 patient interactions daily (phone, email, text).
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for US medical providers.
- Maintain 95%+ patient satisfaction scores.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Update patient records, billing information, and account details.
- Assist patients in navigating portals and digital healthcare tools.
- Meet service‑level agreements and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve patient experience.

Performance Expectations

- Consistently handle 40–60 daily interactions with quality and professionalism.
- Maintain ≥95% patient satisfaction metrics.
- Demonstrate accuracy and compliance in EMR documentation.




- Meet responsiveness and service‑level standards aligned with US healthcare practices.

Qualifications

- University degree or Technologist degree (required).
- Bilingual Spanish & English (C1+ required – written and spoken).
- Experience in Customer Service, BPO, Hospitality, Travel Agencies, or Front Desk roles.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in performance‑based environments.
- Experience with CRM or EMR systems is a plus.
- Ability to work on‑site in Bogotá.

Schedule & Work Environment

- Monday–Friday schedule aligned with US business hours.
- No weekends.
- Stable and consistent schedule.
- On‑site role in Bogotá.
- Eligibility for remote work may be considered based on performance and client program requirements (not guaranteed).

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: $3,300,000 COP + full Social Security benefits.
- Indefinite‑term employment contract.
