We are looking for a Global IT Security Expert with a focus on Operational Technology (OT) to drive security across our global environment.You will lead key initiatives to protect industrial systems, ensure operational continuity, and strengthen our overall security posture while working closely with IT, OT, and business stakeholders.Location: Bogota, Colombia, or Bucharest, Romania (with flexible hybrid or remote work possibility)Key ResponsibilitiesLead secure design and lifecycle management of OT environments (ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI)Define and implement OT/IT segmentation aligned with the Purdue ModelOversee global security operations, including incident response and escalation handlingCollaborate with MSSP and internal teams on threat detection and responseSupport core security domains (Vulnerability Management, PAM, DLP, Security Awareness)Drive security architecture and transformation initiatives across hybrid environmentsEnsure compliance with industry standards (ISO *****, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK;)Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, clients)Evaluate and optimize security tools, including OT platforms (e.G., Armis, Claroty, Dragos, Darktrace)Your ProfileMaster's degree in IT, Cybersecurity,
