TP is a global digital business services company.Our global scale and local presence allow us to support our communities, clients, and their customers while driving secure, efficient, and sustainable operations.We are looking for a proactive and analytical Data Specialist to support the management, monitoring, and optimization of databases and reporting solutions.In this role, you will work with MS SQL environments, ETL processes, operational and financial data, and reporting tools to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and scalability across TP operations.What will you do?Database & Data ManagementConfigure and prepare data from data warehouses for reporting and analytics solutionsDesign, develop, implement, and maintain database objects such as tables, functions, stored procedures, and jobsMonitor, control, and improve database performance and processing cyclesEnsure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data collected from multiple company sourcesETL & Reporting SupportDevelop ETLs and stored procedures for operational, financial, and business reportingMaintain and update reporting service tickets for different TP campaigns and business areasReview tool progress and follow up on new reporting and data requirements with operational leadership and WFM DirectorsSupport the identification of improvement opportunities related to reporting efficiency and data presentationInnovation & Operational SupportWork independently across multiple proprietary software platforms to combine, manage,
