The Compliance area is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the AML/CTF (LAFT) risk management framework of the company. As we build a financial institution from the ground up, this area plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting the company from financial crime risks, and enabling sustainable and responsible growth aligned with supervisory expectations.

Challenges that await you:

Co-building and scaling an AML/CTF (SARLAFT) framework from the ground up in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Defining, implementing, and continuously improving customer risk segmentation, scoring models, and AML/CTF risk methodologies.

-

Balancing robust regulatory compliance with a seamless, efficient, and customer-centric user experience.

-

Performing data-driven risk analysis to support AML/CTF assessments, monitoring, and decision-making.

-

Adapting quickly to regulatory changes and evolving supervisory expectations, translating them into actionable policies and controls.

-

Operating effectively amid incomplete or evolving processes and systems, while helping design and formalize scalable solutions.

-

Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to embed AML/CTF controls by design.

-

Managing ambiguity while maintaining high standards of governance, documentation, and risk escalation.

Supporting audits, regulatory interactions, Board reporting, and ongoing effectiveness assessments of the AML/CTF program.
