The Finance Operations area is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of the company’s financial operational processes across the organization. As we build a financial institution from the ground up, this role plays a critical part in supporting financial operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting activities, and operational governance while enabling scalable and sustainable business growth.

Challenges that await you:

- Co-building and scaling finance operational processes from the ground up in a fast-growing fintech environment.

- Managing and executing day-to-day financial back-office operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Supporting operational workflows related to payments, reconciliations, settlements, treasury operations, financial reporting, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and transaction processing activities.

- Monitoring and validating financial transactions to ensure operational accuracy, proper documentation, and alignment with internal controls and operational procedures.

- Helping structure and organize financial operational data, reporting processes, and documentation frameworks to strengthen governance, traceability, and operational scalability.

- Monitoring operational KPIs, reconciliation breaks, transaction flows, and financial operational performance metrics.

- Operating effectively in highly dynamic environments with evolving systems, processes, and priorities while helping formalize scalable finance operational frameworks.

- Managing ambiguity while maintaining high standards of organization, accountability, accuracy, and execution quality.

- Supporting audits, regulatory requests, financial reviews, and reporting activities through reliable documentation and operational traceability.





- Balancing operational efficiency with strong financial controls and service quality standards in a high-growth environment.

What makes you a great fit:

- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Finance Operations, Financial BackOffice, Treasury Operations, Payment Operations, or similar roles within financial institutions, fintechs, startups, or highly regulated industries.

- Strong understanding of financial operational processes, reconciliations, settlements, payment flows, reporting activities, and transaction lifecycle management.

- Experience working with operational controls, financial reporting processes, documentation management, and transaction monitoring activities.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational risks, reconciliation discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.

- Proven ability to thrive in environments where processes are built from scratch, not inherited, and where structure evolves alongside rapid growth.

- Highly proactive and hands-on, with the autonomy to deliver results effectively in fast-paced environments with limited supervision.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple teams.

- Creative, resilient, and deeply motivated to help build and scale a regulated financial institution from the ground up.

- Energized by operational and financial challenges and motivated by high-impact, execution-focused environments.

- Conversational English and Spanish is a must-have requirement.
