Digital Production Designer

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of product design, visual production, and design systems execution. You’ll help transform product concepts and UX explorations into polished, scalable, production‑ready deliverables for responsive web and native mobile experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Design Ops, Engineers, Producers, and PMs to ensure consistency, quality, scalability, and implementation readiness across all deliverables.

What you’ll do

- Build production‑ready UI deliverables for responsive web and native mobile applications
- Translate UX, product, and business requirements into polished and scalable interface designs
- Refine visual consistency, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and interaction details across experiences
- Ensure correct usage of design system components, patterns, variables, and tokens
- Organize, clean, and maintain scalable Figma file structures and libraries
- Support production workflows including responsive adaptations and asset preparation
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers to ensure quality
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps in current patterns and proactively propose scalable improvements
- Help maintain high standards of craft, production quality, and system consistency across deliverables

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in Digital Production Design, UI Production, or similar roles




- At least 2 years of experience working within UX/UI design environments or digital product teams
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including:
- Auto Layout
- Components and variants
- Variables and token management
- Libraries and branching
- Prototyping and developer handoff

- Strong visual design craft and UI polish capabilities
- Solid understanding of responsive and native‑first product design principles
- Experience working within established enterprise design systems
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interface consistency
- Highly organized and comfortable managing complex files, libraries, and workflows
- Detail‑oriented with a systems‑thinking mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross‑functional teams
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams is a strong plus
- English level: C1 — this is a MUST because you’ll collaborate with global teams on a daily basis
