Job functions
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Interview Specialist to support both client interviews and technical interviews. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, interview coordination experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage client interviews professionally
- Support and participate in technical interview processes
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams
- Ensure a smooth and positive interview experience
Qualifications and requirements
Requirements.
Languages
English: B2/C1 level
Spanish: C1/C2 level
Equipment
Must have access to 2 working devices (e.g., laptop + tablet or 2 laptops)
Availability
Able to work 4-5 hours per day
Must be available during Colombia time zone (CST)
Available to start immediately
Desirable skills
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical and non-technical interview handling experience preferred
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
