Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bogotá DC. In this role, youll support customers by responding to inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions across different service scenarios. Youll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in every interaction.· Who You Are:

Training schedule: 14:00-22:00 / Saturday and Sunday OFF (3 weeks)
Nesting schedule: 8:00-17:00 / Saturday and Sunday OFF (3 weeks)
Initial Operating schedule: 6:00-15:00, 8:00-17:00, 9:00-18:00, 12:00-21:00 or 15:00-00:00 / Two days OFF per week
