Danescor is a leader in the fast-developing market of Next Generation Internet Investment Banking (IIB) operating across the US and Europe providing investment banking services to mid-market corporates seeking to acquire, sell or raise debt or equity finance. The successful candidate will work with US clients, occasionally UK and have the skills and expertise to manage client projects from start to finish, reporting to the senior Lead. The role requires project managing multiple transactions simultaneously and the ability to work with senior decision makers and executives. Demonstrable ability to manage junior resource and ensure structured processes and deadlines are achieved.

Role and responsibilities

- Project management of corporate finance client transactions – acquisition, sale, financing:
- Project preparation – transaction strategy, buyer & target universe, project documentation.
- Marketing – materials, counterparty campaign management and negotiation.
- Closing – LOI/HOTs agreement, project management of due diligence (VDR) and completion.





- Reporting to clients and ensuring expectations and deliverables are conducted in advance
- Ensure management and delivery of KPIs
- Solid financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Clear demonstration of sector knowledge to produce high quality industry reports.
- Conduct business development initiatives focused on core sectors of interest
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure project deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Capability to analyze and underwrite acquisition opportunities across multiple industries

Skills & Qualifications required

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent client project management skills, attention to detail and results orientated.
- Demonstrable business development ability and sector knowledge.
- Must have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in an agile, fast-moving general environment with a can-do attitude
- Previous experience working in a demanding and deadline focused environment
