At Monabit , we're looking for a Tech Developer Architect passionate about designing, building, and scaling robust systems that lead the way to innovative solutions. Your goal will be to empower the team through the strategic use of AI and agents .

What will your purpose be?

- Design and build safe and maintainable systems.

- Lead the technical architecture and improve productivity using AI.

Required technical skills: ️

- Languages:
Advanced TypeScript (complex types, generics)
Deep JavaScript / Node.js

- Frontend:
Advanced React (performance, memorization, patterns)
Modular frontend architecture
SSR / SPA tradeoffs

- Backend & Microservices:
Microservices and RESTful API design
Idempotence, retries, rate-limit
Event-driven basics (queues, pub/sub)
Observability (logs, metrics)

- Databases:
Advanced PostgreSQL (indexes, performance, CTEs)
NoSQL (efficient modeling, scalability)
SQL vs NoSQL Decisions

AI, agents, and productivity:

- Expert use of:
Cursor / Codex / development agents

- Capacity to:
Design reusable prompts for the team.
Create agents for refactoring, code analysis, and documentation generation.
Review and validate code generated by AI.
Define rules and guardrails for AI on the team.

Architecture & best practices: ️

- Design by:
Modular and scalable architecture.




Clear separation of domains.

- Application of:
Clean Architecture, SOLID, DRY / KISS.

- Definition of standards for:
Security, error handling, logging and traceability.

- Ability to read, create and maintain diagrams (C4, ERD, flows).

DevOps:

- Construction and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines:
Build, test, lint, release, deploy.

- Containerization with Docker and deployments in cloud environments (Cloud Run / similar).

- Deployment strategies:
Blue/Green, Canary, Automatic Rollbacks.

- Infrastructure as Code (practical level).

- Integrating security into pipelines:
SAST, Dependency scanning, Secret detection, Service hardening.

- Risk review in architecture and code.
Definition of preventive and detective controls.

What requirements must you meet?

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

- Solid knowledge of React, TypeScript and Node.js.

- Optional knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, GCP, and more.

- Conversational English proficiency.

- Blockchain experience is desirable.

- Having experience in startups is a plus.
