About the Role
As an Account Manager at Simpro Group, you will be responsible for driving customer retention, account growth, and long-term client success across a dedicated portfolio of customers.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of Simpro’s solutions while identifying strategic opportunities to strengthen and expand partnerships. This role is ideal for customer-focused and commercially driven professionals who thrive in relationship management and SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Account Health & Relationship Management
• Proactively manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to foster long-term partnerships
• Serve as the primary point of contact and customer advocate within Simpro
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and maintain strong engagement levels
• Expansion Opportunities & Revenue Growth
• Develop a strong understanding of customer businesses, objectives, and operational needs
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Manage the full expansion sales cycle from opportunity identification through close
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly renewal and expansion targets
• Strategic Business Reviews
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key stakeholders
• Demonstrate ROI and align Simpro solutions with evolving customer business goals
• Share best practices and provide strategic recommendations that drive customer success
• Customer Advocacy & Collaboration
• Act as the internal voice of the customer across Product, Support, and Professional Services teams
• Ensure customer feedback and business challenges are properly communicated and addressed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Forecasting & Reporting
• Maintain accurate customer records and account activity within CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Provide reliable forecasting for renewals and expansion opportunities
• Support reporting and account planning initiatives with data-driven insights

Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing commercial roles, preferably within SaaS companies
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding renewal and expansion targets
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing customer growth opportunities
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Customer-centric approach with passion for helping clients achieve success
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Tech-savvy professional comfortable learning new technologies and software solutions
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing customer portfolios autonomously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability within fast-paced environments.

- Get paid 35% surcharge on the hourly rate from 7pm - 6am (according to the shift scheduled coverage)

- Home pick-up service prior early shifts starting at 3:00 AM
