We're looking for a Senior Event Coordinator who thrives on bringing communities together. In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution of engaging events across multiple coffee shop locations, turning each store into a vibrant local hub while driving brand awareness and sales.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who combines creative event planning, strong vendor negotiation skills, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a multi-city event strategy and calendar tailored to the unique communities around each store.
- Plan and execute in-store and local community events that increase foot traffic, engagement, and brand loyalty.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors to secure the best services while optimizing event budgets.
- Partner closely with store managers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution across locations.
- Track and analyze event performance,
customer engagement, and ROI, using insights to continuously improve future initiatives.
- Ensure every event reflects brand standards and creates memorable customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in event planning, preferably managing events across multiple locations.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage event budgets effectively.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A creative mindset with a passion for building community-driven experiences.
