How you'll make an impact In this role, you’ll be at the heart of driving successful transitions. You’ll: Develop and manage transition plans that ensure smooth knowledge transfer and operational readiness. Collaborate with teams to identify risks, recommend solutions, and ensure quality deliverables. Coordinate access, tools, and documentation to enable efficient operations. Monitor project progress, milestones, and risks, keeping stakeholders informed. Support change management efforts, including training, feedback, and overcoming challenges. Your work will ensure every transition is seamless,



empowering teams to focus on delivering exceptional results. About you Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in Project Management. Experience managing projects (5+ years). Strong organizational and communication skills to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Project. Advanced English skills (B2-C1). Familiarity with workflow and automation tools. Certifications such as CAPM, Scrum Master, or PMI are a plus. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
