How you'll make an impact As a Claims Tandem Assistant, you’ll: Ensure medical notes and records are accurately documented and meet high standards. Collaborate closely with claims adjusters as their trusted “buddy,” providing essential administrative support. Manage follow-ups with medical providers to secure timely and complete records. Use our claims management software to track tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain workflow efficiency. Participate in training to enhance your skills in claims documentation and medical terminology. Contribute to quality assurance by ensuring documentation accuracy and supporting audits.



Help track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the success of our buddy system. Share feedback and ideas to improve processes and drive continuous improvement. About you We’re looking for someone who: Has strong attention to detail and a knack for staying organized. Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being part of a team. Communicates effectively in English, both written and verbal. Brings 1–2 years of experience in administrative tasks related to medical claims or documentation. Is eager to learn and grow through training and feedback. Has experience with claims management software (preferred but not required). Holds an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, claims management, or a related field. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experiences.
