The Role:

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by connecting with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales department to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients.

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with CRM software
- Time management skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
